Recipes

I do not claim to be a professional chef or a short-order cook.  I have never taken a formal cooking class.  I am a self-taught cook with a 100% Italian heritage and generations of outstanding cooks for inspiration.  To my credit, I am known in my social circle as a good cook who makes great food.

Here I’ll share some recipes, tips and information.  One ground rule:  Don’t ask for my homemade spaghetti sauce recipe.  We don’t give that out to anyone outside the family.  It’s our family secret handed down to generations.

Explore my recipes here.  They are all tested and approved by a hungry family (hubby and kids).
